The FCC Story
As a K-12 teacher in both Christian and secular settings, I could sense how unprepared many students felt to make educational and career decisions. There is a pressure to make decisions at such a young age. Most students have either prematurely made decisions that they feel stuck with or have put little or no thought into their vocational future.
How can we help young people today navigate the journey through career exploration and decision-making in light of eternity? Furthermore, how are we as adults experiencing employment transitions of our own?
Thus, Foundations Career Coaching was born: to help students and adults transition well by equipping each individual with tools to explore, reflect and make informed decisions from a Christian perspective.
